What if a site won't open?
Switch to a server from the bypass group — that is exactly what it is for. If that doesn't help, message support: most cases are sorted out in a few minutes.
Will Russian sites and apps still work?
Yes. They go out directly, bypassing the tunnel, and behave just as they do without a VPN: banks, government services and shops see the address they expect, with no extra confirmations.
How many devices can I connect?
Four at once on every plan. More can be added from the dashboard whenever you like.
What happens after the three free days?
Nothing is charged: no card is asked for and nothing renews on its own. Access simply ends, and you can subscribe whenever you like.
Does it work on a TV?
Yes. On Apple TV and Android TV the subscription carries across just like it does on a phone.
Can I pay without a card?
Yes, with SBP or crypto — both are available in the dashboard and in the bot.
Does torrenting work?
It does, but outside the tunnel: we deliberately route file-sharing traffic around the VPN — copyright complaints cost us an entire rented server, and with it access for everyone. Your torrent client is therefore seen under your normal address, not the VPN's.
